Super Fun: Ripping Singletrack with Slick Tires on a Drop-bar/Gravel Bike

Have you tried slick tires on your gravel bike? You see racers using them on various courses, but I suspect most of us think they’d be inferior off-road. The Rene Herse folks have talked a lot about slicks and how versatile and usable they are, even off-road. I was admittedly pretty skeptical.
